Happy Rooster Year!
Chinese new year was great this year, I can't remember having this much fun in a long time.
Tuesday: Jill and her friend Steph came up to London so, together with my flatmates (minus Oli) and Kwok, we all went to chinatown for a meal in the evening. We ended up going to 1997, the food was ok but I wasn't really impressed...maybe they only do good duck rice :P Afterwards we went for ice cream at that italian cafe on Charing Cross road, and after Jill and Steph left for waterloo we went and ambushed Oli and Nick at the Trocadero. Virtua Cop 3...'nuff said.
Wednesday: The ABACUS new year party at Club Colosseum at Vauxhall was amazing. We got there about 11pm, us four from the flat, and we met up with Hui and her friends. The music was a bit odd, but the place was good and got packed by about 12. We left the club around 2.45, but we didn't get home until about 4 thanks to the wonderful night bus system. Well I probably shouldn't complain....at least we did actually get home!
Thursday: Went for dinner at Phoenix Palace on Baker Street with Justin, Jean, Tiff, Karen, Ronald, Ken, Irene, Jenny and Kwok. The food was amazing :o just as good as how it was last time.
