WHAT: The electricity is funny, people get transported around randomly, and someone had a message for everyone
WHERE: All over the patient quarters of the asylum.
WHEN: 7th-8th of August.

New people arrived! Go exploring, meet everyone! No running in the pool area, no noise in the library, and don't play with your food. Everyone at their best behaviour! ...............or not. You know what you have to do.
! The electricity will go out for two hours at the 7th (9am to 11 am), and then again on the 8th (at about 9 pm to 1 am ). That means no light, flushing toilets, showers etc will not function, food is not restocked, and maybe most importantly the air is getting stifling because the ventilation system will be out.
! There is an announcement that can be found on every communicator starting about 8 am.
! People will be transported around randomly. You were swimming in the pool seconds ago? Too bad, you're in someone's bathroom now. You were just reading a book in the library? Well, how do you like sitting on your friend's food in the cafeteria all of a sudden? Some of the transportations speak of less mischief, but someone seems to have lots of fun with getting people into situations that one would expect from a bad comedy.
