(no subject)
i apologize for yesterdays depressing post. i made it sound like life sucks, and it doesn't. i didn't really mean to go that way, but i was venting. thank you to everyone who made offers to kill my pesterers or made happy wishes for their heads to explode :) tonights post will be a happy post, because i am pretty happy.
happy thing #1: Tess made me a tote and i love it. still need to send her a check with some cool cds to rock her mornings with :)
happy thing #2: My Kitty is doing wonderfully. She makes me laugh and feel loved everyday. i also got an "all about cats" book, and she is not a calico, she is tortoise with white. it makes her sound spensive. she was free, and she has lots of extra toes, including a couple half toes that make it look like she has thumbs. i thought of breeding her with another thumbed cat and reeping the profits.
happy thing #3: john and i are on speaking terms again. a little bit awkward after so long but going much better than i ever anticipated.
happy thing #4: i'm going to the Detroit Auto Show in January with my Aaron and am super-psyched for the cool concept cars and stuff :)
happy thing #5: It is my favorite time of year! Leaves are changing, and it's just the right weather for a sweater and a scarf!
happy thing #6: I love scarves! my addiction to scarves may soon be likened to Jessica's addiction to purses, but i have a little ways to go on that one.
happy thing #7: my birthday is in a few weeks and i have a whole week off from work. wanna get me something nice, yet inexpensive? get me a scarf! (homemade ones rock the best, like my ones from Becky and Liz :) )
happy thing #8: my sister in the play with Jess's brother Brian (go to jess's journal to see his unhunky pic for illustration), and Brian is also in my little brothers trebuchet group.
happy thing #9: when i did that "hali needs" post, i found another Hali! I now have 2 other Halis on my friends list, lol! I'm thinking of starting a club, ha.
