11-12 puts a message up on the Mansion's noticeboard. It reads:

Here's someone who'd be happy to help them build. Billy doesn't have any sort of building experience, but he's strong, eager to learn new things, and likes helping.

He can't read, though, so they might find him standing in front of the noticeboard and staring curiously at the new notice that's appeared there.

"I wonder what it says," he says to himself, but loud enough that anyone nearby might hear.

11-12 is sitting nearby and notices the young man looking.

He stands up and goes over to him. "Hello."

Bridget is still seated where11-12 had just gotten up from, a large teddy bear beside him and a book open in his lap. He will smile warmly should the stranger look in his direction and he'll be happy to chat and/or back up 11-12 if there's a need or desire for such things.

Here's someone who's technically family, or at least family in a state of becoming, since he's seeing M2. He's eying the notice curiously, with a small smile of pleasure.

Bridget is nearby, probably with a book open on his lap, wearing a dress and sitting beside a large stuffed bear. The bear has an air of gloom, which is interesting as he doesn't actually have facial expressions. Bridget glances up and spots the older man.

"Exciting, isn't it?" He's practically glowing.

The pale gent smiles, turning to him. "It is, indeed: I've known 11-12 for some time now, and I wasn't aware that he was serious about anyone," he says. "But the young man who won his heart is fortunate indeed."

Hisoka, jacket in hand, is just hurtling through the common room on his way to the front door, but he stops and skips back a few paces to read the new notice. He smiles, and looks around for either member of the happy couple.
