If she ventures onto the back porch later, she might come upon a tall young fellow with eyes that seem to mark him as a Tagaryen bastard, busy hanging several paper lanterns under the porch roof. But he sees her and pauses. "Oh, hello, I didn't see you there right away," he says. "Welcome to the Mansion!"

She looks at him, peering a little.

"Hello. What are you doing?"

"Ahh, I'm just hanging up some lanterns to add a little light color at night," he says. "I'm getting ready for a festival coming up, something we celebrate back home in Japan. I'm Asato Tsuzuki."

"That's nice," she says. "I'm Sansa Stark."

"Nice to meet you!" he says, smiling. "Are you related to Lord Eddard Stark and his family? I met his wife when she first arrived here."

"I'm his daughter," she replies, smiling back a little.

"You're his little girl? Wow, you're lucky to have him as a dad: he's one of the nicest guys I've met here," he says, grinning.

Sansa smiles some more, because she thinks that was a nice thing to say.

"Yes, he's very nice."

"So how old are you? Oops, I'm sorry, it's rude to ask a lady her age where I come from, and you're just about all grown up," he says, blushing and giggling nervously at his own gaffe.

"Almost all grown-up," she echoes, smiling almost sadly.

Even a few months ago, she would have wanted to be grown-up, but now...maybe not so much.

"But you're still enough of a kid to still have fun, especially here," he says, smiling gently. He knows Ned had a hard life, and he doesn't doubt his kids have.

"I hope so." This time, her smile is more relaxed.

"Ah, you probably will: I've been here for over a year now, and I haven't regretting coming here," he says. "Besides, your family is here, or at least your mom and dad and your older brother are. They're nice people! I helped your mom get settled when she first got here."

She grins. "Then I'm happy," Sansa replies.

"She's a good person, and rather pretty, too: I can see where you get your pretty red hair from," he says, grinning gently. He's not flirting with her, since she's way too young for him. But he'd have to be blind not to see that she's going to be a heartbreaker when she grows up.

Sansa blushes, just a little. "Thank you!"
