It's a very average day at the Mansion, and Maledisant is bored. She's wandering the halls, looking for someone who might entertain her, but what she finds is far more entertaining than an unsuspecting Mansion resident

"The rabbits have long been either eaten or turned into mittens. Everyone was quite grateful for the fresh meat." Morgana, possibly anthropomorphizing Del a little too much, believes the mare would hardly tolerate a dirty stall. "And you must know terrible riders. Do you not know any of the men from Camelot? From what I have seen, they are all excellent riders."
Obvious, Maledisant must spend all her time alone. What miserable company.
"I would suggest you spend time with friends or a suitor, but I doubt you have either."
"How typical. When a woman has nothing else to say, and feels threatened, she tries to belittle her betters." The comments on hideousness will only make her laugh. Morgana's ego is far too healthy.
"I congratulate your husband then, on his good fortune."
"Are you married, then?" Maledisant asks. "Surely a woman of your age should be. Unless you have some dreadful flaw that no man wants. Are you barren?"
She would be less amused if she knew who provided the opportunity for public viewing.
Right now, she's snickering at the attempt at art.

"Were you the one who wrote those?" she asks, haughtily.
Fuchsia Groan could always be a pen name. You never know.

"Would she be some sort of relation of yours?" There are so many similarities.

"But I can see why you would think that. It would be difficult to see other opinions when I have never seen you in the company of another."
Tilting her head, "I can see the relation a little, in the eyebrows."
That insult will only work if Maledisant ever meets Fuchsia, but a delayed insult allows for delayed gratification.
