[Mingler] Rockin'up in a free world!
It’s been a long time coming, and with the thawing of things, comes as well the end of the basement repairs. It’s still not perfect, it’s still in need of work, but to Johnny, the Basement Bar is finally fit for a reopening party.
There have been flyers all around, inviting people to join him and his friends in celebration. He’s given special care to it in that he’s made sure every single person who helped out with the repairs got the invitation personally, either in hand or by having a note and a flyer slipped under their door.
So tonight, open bar it is (though when is it ever not, since they have no currency?) There’s a show planned, the jukebox will take over when the band isn’t playing, and there’s a new barmaid ready to help out the patrons, just like there’s a new bouncer, also ready to assist them on their way out if necessary.
[OOC: So here we go. Reese is at the door, very likely, and Effy’s at the bar, while Ryuk, Johnny and Nat are rocking out on stage. ^^ Sorry, we’re very very late! Also apologizing for the art, which is, er, botched and done a bit quickly, I'm actually posting this from work <.<
