The Shadow Remains Cast...
Aramat doesn't remember much, she remembers darkness, and the all too familiar sensation of pain. Everything is in blurry fragments, she remembers bits and pieces, but never a full picture. The cursing of a woman, the smell of sulfur, something being taken out...
She wakes up near the lake in the chill of late winter, the sun is beginning to rise and she's still dressed as she was when she entered in the caves and didn't come back. Aramat doesn't remember that too well, though. Or anything else about this place to be honest. It's familiar enough at the moment to call up deja-vu, but not much else.
Just where am I?
Aramat sits up and tries to think how she got here, but the memories are too vague to conjure up right now. Not quite taken away, but loosened, as if someone tried to take them away completely but didn't quite succeed at it. Aside from that, her mind is clear as a person as hers can be. She doesn't feel the presence of something dark and oppressive with her anymore, or at least the sort that is tangible. She isn't sure why she thought that though, as that is also a bit hard and confusing to pull up.
Aramat manages to get up and walks toward the house she sees in the distance, on the way there she spots something that looks familiar for once, her beloved Oleander plant, waiting for spring to come, as all plants do.
She allows herself to smile.
OOC: Annnnd Aramat is back! Most of her memory about the mansion and it's people will return within a month or two provided she talks and get around the mansion so the memories can come back, don't bother to ask her about how she disappeared though. (That will require some more time and possibly some good mental probing.)
