So much for the end-to-end walk this year. Thanks to a broken rib in April and a broken foot in June, I didn't get much hiking done. So last weekend seemed like our last chance to get in a bit of walking before summer strikes big time, so we packed the car with three two-man tents, four teenagers and a truckload of food and headed down to

My foot was pretty good at last. Thank you. I'm yet to see how it feels with a pack on my back. I guess I'll be traveling light on the Routeburn next month :)

Heh! Disco dancing never hurt my feet, but once many years ago, I ended up with a dislocated knee from it :)
