The beer will be ready to drink on Sunday. Damn, I'm excited! I opened a bottle at the capoeira party last Saturday and the stuff tastes AMAZING. It was still a little flat, which just means it needs to sit longer. Two weeks is generally the bottling minimum, but sitting for longer is good for flavor. Ooooh, I know pumpkin liquor! Some of my friends(Laura DeWitt's older brothers, actually) made it back in highschool by hollowing out a pumpkin, filling it with sugar, and letting it rot in the sun for two weeks. It was apparently fabulous until it turned into pumpkin vinegar, about oh, 3 days after it was good alcohol. Ha!

You should come see us! Or something. I miss my sheepy. =(
