{Food for Thought}

A thought just hit me as I was drawing this morning, so I wanted to pose the question to the rest of my flist.

Do you find it easier to portray a female or male character in your writing/art/comics/stories?

I know of some friends who say they find it easier to write from a male's perspective rather than a female's, even if they're female. Vice Versa too of course.

Just interested to know how most of you do it, be it if you're writers and artists. Though when it comes to artists, I don't mean whether you prefer to draw females or males, more of a, do you find it easier to get into the character depending on their gender and their train of thought.

I realize for me is that I find it a lot easier to think from a female's perspective of almost any age, males only of the youngsters, teens and at times adult. I find young adult males harder to personify or to catch a proper mindset to put into character.

What about you?
