Do you pay more or the same for dwarf actors?

I'm wondering if most dwarf actors get paid standard actor scale, or if they get any extra boost for being a sort of 'specialized' actor. In a film, if someone is playing an instrument -whether or not they're actually making sound come out of it- that person must be in a musician's union.

Do little people get paid extra because they're a specialized group? Is there a Little Person actors' union? Or is it just "We don't need you, there are lots of midgets out there we can get for this role"? Where does supply and demand come in? Theorhetically, there are a decent number of dwarves in the world, but how many of them can actually act (as opposed to, say, the ability to stand around in an elf suit as an extra)?

Maybe this is why you see a lot of the same dwarf actors in dwarf roles. (Peter Dinklage, Warwick Davis, Verne Troyer, et al.) Are there like, stars as far as these types of actors go? Is Peter Dinklage like the Harrison Ford of dwarves?

Yes, I felt the need to post this strange meditation. You're welcome.
