Exams n stuff

Well, it's been an odd few weeks. Exams, personal stuff - you know, the usual. Exams are ridiculous. I know it sounds stupid, but at this particular point in time, exams suck. See, the thing about exams is, it seems like the weight of the world is on you and the pressure is insurmountable. But everyone older than you has already done all this, so ( Read more... )

*pets you* I know how you feel about not having any one to talk to about the exams because every thing in their lives pale in comparison and all that. I've been there myself...so I'm glad you vented in LJ so that we could at least listen. I wish I could offer some advice or some really humorous wisdom, but all I can really say is that we're here to listen if you want us to. And...you're almost done. Just two more exams and then you can enjoy the rest of your spring (it is spring there, right?)

As for personal stuff...you just have to deal as best you can. I've had all things personal (including things like laundry, house cleaning, etc) put on hold for so long I'm not even sure I know where to start to get back in touch. There are so many emails and comments to catch up on...wow. Today is going to be a big day for that. But I digress...I hope things are okay and I know that as long as you work at it, you'll get through anything you put your mind to. :)

Cliche...I know...but it's true. *hugs you tight* Good luck with the last two exams.

Thanks *hugs back* It is nice to have an outlet, because normally I just have these rants building inside my head. And it's so not cool. But the night before the first exam, I called one of my friends, and me had a really nice long 40-or-so minute chat about everything and anything. And it just made us both feel so much better. But I just can't wait until it's over.

And yes, it is spring here :) Though it's cool because when my exams finish, then I'm doing a whole bunch of stuff. A few days after, I'm going on Schoolies with my friends. (Schoolies is like where everyone celebrates the end of school by going to the Gold Coast in Queensland and gets drunk and everything) But I'm not going to Queensland, I'm going down the coast of NSW to the beach for a week (where we're NOT going to get drunk as we're all underage). Then when thats over, a week or so later, I'm going on holidays in Hawaii! (where I'm SO hoping to pick up Numb3rs season 3 on DVD) So thats gonna be cool.

So yeah, I have a very busy month ahead of me. Oh eep. I just realised I still don't have a passport. Heh. Probably should get that sorted.

Aw candi, thats so much for listening to my crazy ramblings. Your encouragement was very much appreciated. *hugglesmish*
