I love my Mommy
I'm back! Man it seems like all I get done in the summer is running around. On Friday my mom went in for a heart cath. I couldn't sleep the night before because I was so worried about her. She is my foundation to what I am and my strength in everything I do. She is the most amazing person and I hope someday I can be half of what she is. Her and Jean have to be the strongest, most amazing, smart people I have ever known. My mom isn't only that but a best friend to me as well. Right now she is being the mother and father figure for me. Anyway, she went in for her cath and Brad and I took off for Kearney. Neither of my brothers were able to make it but I was going to matter how big or little the situation was. She stood by my bed countless times when I was sick. She held my hand when I got out of surgery. It was my turn to be there for her. Her heart cath went good, I went in and talked to her while she was in her "recovery area" and we just hung out. Once she went to sleep Brad and I went to get some food. As we were heading back toward the hospital, Ronny (my brothers girlfriend) called and asked if I was in Kearney. She said she saw my van. I told her yes, she asked why, I told her for moms heart cath, and she got pissed. She got all snotty and asked if my brother knew about it. I told her Jerrod was supposed to talk to him about it and she asked how things went and I told her I didn't know (mom isn't impressed with Ronny and I figured if she was really worried and not just putting on a front to look good, she could call the hospital and ask) and hung up. Not even 5 minutes later she called back but I didn't answer. Mom got out of the hospital so I didn't end up going back. She went out to eat with my aunt and she feels great. Brad and I went about our business and then came home. Later on my brother Jeremy calls me asking how things went. I told him good, and that she was home. He then told me that Ronny called him all pissed off because "they didn't know about it and thats something they need to know" and Jeremy mainly told her to calm down and that it was no big deal. Jerrod had called Jeremy and talked to him but Ronny didn't know and since she has to have her nose in everyones business she was pissed. Anyway, I told mom all this and she just laughed. We both are not impressed with Ronny and since she moved in with my brother he will hardly come see family. He didn't go to a family reunion, and he hasn't gone to a lot of other things. I feel so bad for mom because she calls and invites him and she gets blown off. Mom paid for them to go to the family reunion and they never called and told her they weren't going. They just didn't show up. She just wants her son back and since hes trucking with my dad hes starting to turn into a little punk. Soooo, that was my day on Friday. I haven't done much today. Brad and I slept in FINALLY and got caught up on sleep. Now it is raining outside so I could almost just go take another nap. Yesterday and the day before were really stressful because I've lost 2 uncles due to heart trouble and now my mommy has heart problems. Scary! Everything is good now though. It's nap time!
