April's full moon
Well today was lovely and sunny although there was a sharpish wind from the north east, it wasn't too cold to visit Wisternbirt Aboretum. We got there at 3pm and wandered about looking for the cherry trees that are in bloom, saw the natural wild primroses, celendine and wood anenomes. We then collected a huge load of wood for Caroline's fire, Juliet found a lighter. And I found a newly killed pheasant on the roadside. Or is it a partridge? I asked the other two if they would like to share in my bounty but I had difficulties in overcoming their squeemishness. I've texted Tom on how many days I have to hang it and how to cook it but he hasn't got back to me yet on it. I shall ask him tomorrow.
Anyway it was good fortune all round and as we had already decided we were going to do a full moon ritual on abundance tonight a good omen. We decided to dress up for the occasion, Caroline provided a chicken and I provided the potatoes, sweet potatoes and veg and Juliet the wine. While we were dressed in all our finery. I have very little that can be considered finery so I wore my sky blue silk chiffon sari with the gold coins on it, I wore it with a blush pink top. Luckily Juliet had some idea on how to fold it so it stayed on me for a change.
We did a full moon ritual and toasted the 'gods' for all the bounty we have already and asked for it to still keep flowing. C asked for a lover, I suggested he should be a horny little blighter. lol we'll see what turns up!
I have to go to witness services in the Crown Court tomorrow at 10am to see if I can witness the burglars hearing. Juliet has taken a day off from work to be with me. If they can't let me see him then I shall be OK with it, but I feel a very strong need to see his face so that he can go back to being a human being and no longer a masked monster. I shall keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.
