What To Wear To The Derby?

Up until a few days ago, I had no idea what I was going to wear to the Derby. We made our Louisville hotel reservations for this year's Derby five months ago, after Street Sense won the Breeders Cup Juvenile. Yet here we are in late April, two weeks before the Derby, and I still hadn't pulled together the clothing part of the equation.

Angie, oh yeah! A hat! You would know about that must-do Derby item, being formerly from Louisville. There are no Derby type hats around here, so I'll look around once I get to Louisville.

Hi Chris, I had fun with the shopping piece--everyone seems to like that entry.

I'm in Louisville as of this afternoon....already saw SS sleeping in his stall this evening! Will have lots of photos tomorrow. Gotta get up early.
