Extension: GISHGOCHES

I have had a few message requests for an extension timeline. I'm not going to put a poll up at team_clubs, because we are awesome and I'm pretty sure we are all okay with adding a few days to our challenge. Extension requests have been honored for other challenges, and I feel it's appropriate to honor these. I did know when we put the challenge up that two of the weekends were heavy holiday ones.

New deadline: Thursday, January 11th MIDNIGHT.
