Looks like Jeeves knows who I am. Out of curiousity, I entered in the search box "Who is Philip Odango?" at AskJeeves.com, and out pops my website (!). Soon, I'm sure the internet will know me better than I know myself. Today I spent catching up with all of my paperwork, from essays to bills. I now have a nice little Excel spreadsheet of all of my things-to-accomplish before May 7 closes in. I have finally finished restructuring my resume, so all I need to do now is sift through all of the job applications I've printed from the Cyber Loft in Webb. Easy breezy so it seems, at least for now.
Today I met with the Women's Center to lay some groundwork for their website design. I'm still in the thicket with that aspect of my life but a light and the end of the tunnel is visible and nigh - it all hinges on my motivation and persistence, I suppose. Speaking of persistence, I actually went to all three of my classes today, a rare occurance, mind you, the last of which happened sometime in February. Let's hope the tradition continues.
"A great inferiority of beauty gives pain to a person conversant in the highest excellence of the kind, and is for that reason pronounced a deformity." - David Hume, from "Of the Standard of Taste"
Lesson learned: Pay at least the minimum amount due each month.
