Thanks. Well, I didn't think I'd have to, but it looks like I might this evening. Ah, well. Most of the time as long as I'm prepared for the waiting and such, it's fine, and a lot of the people out there are very kind and friendly -- it's just a handful of jerks that can make it a teeth-grinding experience.
