Who the hell ARE these people?

Tora's working on a mystery project that calls for Cynthia sprites from pokemon Diamond and Pearl- but apparantly it hasn't been ripped yet. Does anybody here know of or have any connections to good spriters (like from the spriters resource site) that could rip the cynthia sprites? Overworld kind?
