Lazy Sunday afternoons usually prompt me to do lazy things, like paint my nails (which I will do soon, since it's the last day of my 3-month break), eat a lot of chocolates, drink a lot of green tea and usually finish reading a book. At first I didn't really see the point of twitter (for "normal" people that is, I saw the value in it for journalists reporting from the field ect), it just seemed to me like the illegitimate child of facebook and some blog. But now I more see the point :) Although I do still use twitter more to follow than to tweet. I kind of feel like I have to be more relevant and interesting when tweeting than when posting a facebook status (although to be frank I don't do that much either anymore lol).

I agree with this post :) until less than a year ago, I found twitter completely useless and used to go on about how stupid it was but now I find it to be a great resource. And yea, so much cheaper than texting lol

I definitely prefer Twitter to FB. A lot of my reasoning is who I follow on Twitter vs. who I added on FB. My Twitter does not have people on it that I had to add to 'play nice'. Plus, no game messages to have to weed through! I also use Twitter to keep up with the news. It's a great way to stay informed w/o having to comb through dozens of websites looking for things of interest.
