TV's Fred Dineage implicated in duck house scandal

The winner, a local businesswoman, is the daughter of TV presenter Fred Dinenage.

He was forced to resign by Tory leader David Cameron after his expenses claims were published by the Daily Telegraph and found to include £1,645 for the duck island.
