Happiness and bitterness
Good News: I got a job!!!!!!!!!! *dances wildly* I now officially work at Mason County Literacy, as a tutor and paper-pushing office worker. HURRAH! I get to work with native speaking adults, most of them looking to get their GED, and tutor either one-on-one or in small groups. My boss lady said she wants be to actually take over teaching the classes after a few weeks! THIS IS SO AMAZING!!!! My career choice for years has always been 'teacher' and now I get to have some lovely experience without the screaming kids who don't want to be there! WOOT!
Bad News: Now that I've actually started classes, I know that I'm in for a real treat. Especially my french classes, which are going to absolutely kick me in the butt. *sigh* And I have had the most massive migraine on the planet for the last two days, which has improved my already somewhat down-trodden mood none. I think my main issue is as always, stress. And the fact that I really miss home doesn't really help much either. I know that eventually I'll get over it, but right now, I really just want to cuddle up with the sheep. Aller, mouton!
