It is the second day of Christmas break (or fourth, if you count weekends, which we probably should,) and I am not in pain. So here is a major, major piece of evidence that the problem is not structural. Structural problems don't stop because it's Christmas. I would know.
So what did I do?
1. I slept A LOT. I didn't do anything, really, until I felt like I had slept and napped almost a ridiculous amount.
2. I did an exercise class yesterday morning and a yoga class last night.
3. I swam this morning.
4. I haven't been doing work.
That's it. Of course, these things are not things I can do during a school week. Well, the yoga is. And I can take exercise classes a couple of times a week. So what if I...
Monday: Yoga fundamentals (yoga)
Tuesday: Core Fit or run or swim
Wednesday: run or swim
Thursday: Align and define class
Friday: Hatha yoga
Saturday: run or swim
Sunday: run or walk
OK. Not quite worked out, is it?
