London Calling
I am going to visit London for two weeks starting Friday. I figure I'll skip over to Paris too. I guess this is the first New Year's resolution I'll actually have kept.
I'm not sure I really want to come back here to Jesusland.
Mike and Gwineth living in New Orleans is a pretty damn good reason though. I had no idea there was such a cool place in the South until I spent four days at their new place. Great bars, great cafes and tons of shops all within walking distance. Not to mention being in a prime spot for the Mardi Gras parades next year...
In other news I am getting all A's in grad school so far. I guess it's easier than I thought. Either that, or -- God forbid -- I've actually gotten smarter. I'm a realist, so let's go with the former.
