Sunset Song
I didn't know that this film had been made! Based on the first part of the classic Scottish trilogy A Scots Quair by Lewis Grassic Gibbon and starring both Peter Mullan and Kevin Guthrie - last seen in that joyous little musical film Sunshine on Leith.
I need to re-read these novels! Having run out of Game of Thrones, I can indulge this whim immediately. Copies of the novels reside on a shelf in my parents' house, but thanks to Kindle, I don't have to wait. All three are mine for just 99p just like that. :-)
