Has there really been a legal decision to give refunds to people who bought that Frey book? Seriously? Is this some fake dream world? At least they're making people sign oaths that they "thought it was a memoir." Nothing, I hope, could make the refundees feel more ridiculous than signing an "oath" attesting to the fact that they care SO MUCH about James Frey's life and times. Perhaps they should take a quiz first, to prove they actually retained damaging information, and then maybe the publishing house could provide mandatory hypnotherapy to rid every hurtful falsehood from the mind.
