Age: Looks 40. Has lived for almost 200 years plus 1874 years buried alive and 106 cryogenically frozen. Jack's lifespan is kinda wonky thanks to time-travel; if you want an accurate picture of his timeline, put your pen to paper and squiggle generously from side to side.

Medical Info: Can't die, aging verrrrry slowly. Otherwise, human, with everything in its proper place.
Eyes: Blue.
Hair: Short, neatly cut, sandy brown.
Physical traits: Jack's broad-shouldered and fairly buff with a chiselled jaw and a dashing smile. He is barely ever seen without his long army jacket. His body seems to heal itself from his numerous deaths without leaving any scars.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything. Camp crack, tentacle hentai, the little sister you keep in a box under your bunk. Canonpuncture only if you absolutely must (Jack is updated to the end of Torchwood Season 3) but he's a time-traveller, he knows about alternate universes and can deal. His traumabuttons are suicide, immortality, torture and killing aliens. It'll be hard to get a reaction from pushing them unless you know him well.
Abilities: Unrelenting sexy. Handy with his Officer's Pistol and a variety of space-tech; guns, ships, blah blah blah. Good with people, fairly clever, hands-on knowledge of the 19th and 20th centuries. Cannot die! Doesn't seem to be aging, either! Also his natural pheromones smell like really good cologne and he has mild psychic abilities.
Notes for the Psychics: Jack seems to have some weird resistance to people reading his mind unless he wants them to, although he can't really communicate telepathically or read other people's minds (yet. Wait a few thousand millennia.) And he can feel you scrabbling around trying to get in, too. So generally: no. If you think you can get past this or are empathic or something and want a rundown, ping me.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent contact: Yes/yes/yes. Jack prefers to initiate, but he's a bit of a manslut.
Fighting: Jack isn't sadistic or a bully but he can defend himself and is sometimes a little quicker to start a fight than is really necessary. He generally will try and defuse the situation if you're picking a fight, since he's taking lessons in Jesus from the Doctor, but he takes quite a few punches to the jaw (and bullets to the brain) in his canon so go ahead!
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes! A heads up would be nice, and don't expect to get away without a reaction, but otherwise badtouch away. If you want anything to last outside the post, ping me.
Maim/Murder/Death: Jack comes back to life about five to fifteen minutes after being killed, his wounds heal, his body will regenerate itself. Plus he has a tortured history full of torture. So kill or maim away! Slapstick death is fine spontaneously, but if you want it to be Dramatic or whatever I would really appreciate a heads up, or a few comments to avoid it, and you should be warned dying isn't high on his list of favourite activities.
