I already mentioned this to you, but I find it a serious case of BS that you get fired because you aren't up to par with something you weren't even hired for. Even so, adjusting to a new work level takes time and they should know that even before 'assigning' this new job to you. And I am so surprised that there is no mention of the good work you did back on your older post. I recall massive compliments, even.
Anyway... I really REALLY hope you will get something else really soon, sweetie. As per usual, all I can do is lend moral support... *hugs*
Well, here's the thing. I received "massive compliments" when I was doing what I was hired for; data entry. Once they switched me to filing and work distribution, that all went to shit.
What the FUCK, that is outrageous. It's not even what they hired for you to do, and if you're doing the job you're MEANT to do well, why the hell should they fire you? I just don't even fhjkshjkfhkhsfhf.
Part of me thinks that despite how well I was doing before, the position was never meant to become permanent at any given point. The company probably just needed temporary workers to help them through all the changes they had to make regarding health care reform. Simple as that.
Seriously, but eh... I was told by my own mother not to worry about it too much, and when she's not worrying or freaking out, then I'm definitely not worrying and freaking out. I guess that much is good.
