I guess being a history major DOES get you volunteered for thankless projects.
Went to one of my railroad clubs and, during the course of the meeting, was asked if I would mind archiving 50 years worth of magazines, books, and pictures for the gentleman whose home we meet in. Spent three hours doing a BASIC (ie Title/month/year/volume number) inventory of just one shelf of magazines covering only about 4 years. I hope I can find some online indexes of what is in some of these so I don't have to spend 3 years typing.
Some days I wish i had studied Biology....
