They wanna put all THAT in my mouth??
Everything went well, I'm quite awake and only a little dizzy from the vicodine, and still holding ice to my face. I came home and slept through half of the Two Towers, then watched some CI and SVU. It was a good SVU, an Uncle Donnie episode. The best. Because Uncle Donnie is the best. Um...what else... yeah, so basically everything went fine and my mouth doesn't hurt too much, though I think my jaw will tomorrow because he was really pulling on it and that got to be pretty painful. But overall, it went well.

So I got there and I was supposed to take a sleeping pill before I went in to "calm me down". Um...it didn't work at all basically. I got into the room and he put a numbing thing on my gums and tongue and lips and stuff and I got out iScream so I could listen to music. Then he gave me the option there of having the gas thingy, which I went for because um... six shots in the mouth. Well, they didn't put the gas thingy on right. So it didn't help much and I felt all six shots.
Stuff got numbed, then they cleaned my teeth first. Then he started the laser on one side and that was fine, I didn't feel a thing. He seemed to numb the laser side, the left side, more than the right. Which was odd as the right side was the one where he actually, you know, worked more. So I felt what he was doing on the right side. And it hurt. Especially when he was sewing it up because he actually removed tissue. But then it was done. It was awkward to be awake and see stuff like them moving things around in my mouth and then when the assistant nurse had the suction thingy and I sort of saw my own blood go up the tube. That was a little gross. And then on the right side, he had to work a bit on it, so he was putting a loooot of pressure on my jaw. Then he'd tell me I could close my mouth and it got to the point where I couldn't because my jaw was really hurting. It's better now, but tomorrow it's going to be sore. Glad it's all overwith though.
