I have the biggest fucking splitting headache. It's so fierce in the back of my temple that I had to knock off sewing, I couldn't sit up any longer. I was getting to the point where I was making stupid little mistakes - that's when you have to put it down and leave it alone, before you do something you have to take hours to repair or re-cut. Sigh

Don't give up on etsy. It's a good cheap place to just keep things posted. I would recommend putting up a couple listings for like custom patches. If you want examples, feel free to look at the custom listings on my etsy site.

Also, etsy works best when you post something new every couple weeks. It makes you more visible to people, if you have stuff like that to post. You should totally post some of the patches on your etsy site ^_^

You can also try making posts to different cosplay communities on live journal offering your services for commissions.

Dunno if you've tried that stuff... just trying to help.

I did not know you had an etsy. We should trade favorites and link up. But I'll take a look at yours, yeah. I wasn't sure HOW to list custom things that aren't an object I have to sell - and I do plan to list the patches eventually, I wanted to get a feel for it first. Since every single individual one is 20 cents to list.

I would also recommend checking out their tutorials section. They give good lessons on how to take pictures of your stuff and display it to attract more people. It's at least worth trying ^_^
