Hockey Update
So, now about halfway through my Summer season, here's my update for my teams.
The Homerhawks are undefeated through 4 games, going 3-0-1. I have a .943 sv% and a 1.50 GAA with one shutout in the 4 games.
The Green Hornets are undefeated through 6 games, with a 6-0-0 record. I have a .940sv% and a 1.00 GAA with one shutout in 4 games with them.
Overall, I have a .942sv%, 1.25 GAA, and 2 shutouts this season in 8 games, giving up a total of 10 goals on 173 shots against.
In my first season playing forward with the Chiefs, I have 0 goals, 3 assists, 6 PIM's and a +6 in 4 games with them. My game is vastly improving though. I started playing on a line with two of better players on the team and our line has accounted for 7 of the teams 9 even-strength goals over the last 2 games. While I have yet to score, I have a very accurate pass and can set up plays and draw the opponent players away from the other two guys who can score almost at will. So, hopefully with a few more games under my belt, I'll be able to start burying the puck myself.
Got the latest on my summer schedule for hockey. Rest of August is now scheduled. Also have one shift on August 3...instead of the Chiefs playing the Badgers, it will be the Hornets playing the Badgers (Badgers got moved up to Division C).
