There are cards around here that interact with your Dreamberry. They cause effects such as temporary age changes... usually.

I was unfortunate enough to find a body switch card, and, well... this is what happened. As I said, it does wear off, but it's a little unnerving.

They're hard to come by, but I recommend avoiding them if possible.
