yay productive
I saw the third psychiatrist I've seen in the past 6 months to receive the third prescription for the 4th type of anxiety medication that will enter my bloodstream in 6 months. Yah, a little insane.
I like this psychiatrist though, because he's funny and young. Not going to lie, it's easier for me to identify with someone who is 30 than someone who is 50 or 60, that's just how it is. I think it's disturbing that I have yet to see a female psychiatrist.
I'm going to wait til it's closer to the end of this fellowship to start any drug. There's always an acclimation period where you have weird side effects like not sleeping, or massive headaches, and I'm going to be at a conference where I'll need to operate for 12 hours a day, I can't be bothered with a migraine.
This psychiatrist was really concerned that my pharmacy switched me to a new generic right before I bumped up to a larger dose. That is pretty much never okay with a drug that fucks with your neurotransmitters.
I'll be hanging out with Laura tomorrow, yay!
I was hyper-productive today. I was apparently the second person to print her/his poster for SROP, which makes me feel accomplished. I then set up my assignments for the rest of SROP. I have a lot to do, and I should be studying for the gre all on top of that. Hm.
Well, I guess that's all I have to say today.
