look at this, now that ive been doin a little bit of fishing, i have things to write about, hehe. so taylor biggs (tayterz) and i went yesterday. up at 315 am, got ready, at the boat by 4. on the water by 5, and rolling. on the wreck by first light, and fishing. set out a cig on a flatline, and drop one down to the bottom. then, we start casting shrimp. the tide is flowing out, nice and strong. after a couple of quality sheephead were boarded, the flatline goes slack, and starts moving towards the boat. grab the rod, and start crankin, and theres a fish. after some digging, boom, up comes a gag grouper, 23 inches, a solid keeper. as the day went on, more and more people started showing up, and no one caught anything; except for us. we watched a half a dozen boats come and go, not catching a think, while we were reeling in fish. so, a few more hours go by, and a few dozen shrimp. we ended up comming home with 14 good sheephead, between 15 and 20 inches, 4 bluefish, and the 23 inch grouper; not a bad haul. thats whats interesting in my life. have a great day!
