yup
this is crazy, 2 updates in one week, freggin sweet. anyway, this is a fishin update, hehe. yesterday, went fishin, a good start to a fishin story. so i get out to the lil pier around 11 am. i say hello to everyone, "are you catchin anything"..no, no, no..no one is catching anything. one guy caught a couple little trout a few hours ago, but thats all. so, i take a cast. first cast, first freggin cast, thump, hook set, a huge trout comes to the surface, i mean, this thing is a beast. pulling like crazy, a good fight. scoop with a net, landed. a hog. she was 26 inches long, and weighted close to 6 pounds. congratulations and glares came at the same time, freggin awesome. time passes, still, no other fish. a little later, another fish, this one about 18 inches, another solid keeper. by this time, i had to get goin, so, not a bad day...a ton of meat, mmmmmmm.
today. i get out there at about 730 am, today, it was the second cast, up comes an 18 inch spec. over about 3 hours, i cought about 20 specs, and 3 were right at 18 inches. the rest, 12-14, so they were too small. but still, 3 keeper fish, and no one else out there today was catching hardly anything, hehe. anyway, thats been the fishing report lately. the days have been beautiful, get outside, and enjoy the outdoors!!
