I've been reading up on etymology, and apparently the word heron comes from hairon or haigiro, from Frank. No, not Frank the person, my silly ducklings, from the language.
Apparently the word is an imitation of my sweet, sweet baby's cry? Goodness, I wouldn't know because I try never to make her cry. It would break my heart in two, break, break break breakbreakbreak
and
shatter
RIGHT. First things last:
Haine and Jak, you silly boys. Strike one! Bad dog! Bad! Bad dog! Bad elf-man-thing! Terribly naughty! I'm shaking my finger terribly hard at the comm! And Dax! Nipping people on the nose! Batou, I'm disappointed in you! For shame!
[There is a pause and a rustling of cloth. Apparently Redd is shaking his finger.]
Pan, I require your assistance in translation once more!
Gambler, keep on playing!
Stewardess, my little dumpling, I see that eager glint in your cunning eye and the answer is NO. For now. Not when we might make port so soon!
Doctor Mote and Halo, I'm growing tired of your tardiness!
Kage, you and Stewardess find that bloody leak the drip-dripping is driving me crazy.
dax,
my sweet baby,
batou,
warnings,
haine,
heron,
jak
