The Worknight Blues
So here I am at work tonight at the Student Life Building. First night back and the soda machine breaks, all of the dividers have been misplaced, and a whole miriad of other problems. I'm taking speech class and some history course. I'm not sure how work and class is going to work out this semester. Especially since I've got to rehearse all of my speeches.
All is well with the little lady, her 21st birthday was last weekend. Colleen's parents came up to commemorate the occaision. All in all I think we threw a sucessful birthday night. The day started off at Vinyl Fever, followed by some swimming at the Hilton in Thomasville. Later on we had drinks at Chez Pierre, dinner at the Ale House, and back to the Hilton for cake and gifts.
Since then there has only been moderate hanging out and alot of food channel viewing. In the next few weeks, I intend to finish a couple of books, do all of my homework, and catch up on some of the films I've wanted to see.
