As nearly every entry I post opens, I've been only lurking on LJ for some time. Alot has happened, as is usually the case when one has not posted in a few months.

I don't particularly know where to start, so I'll start with one of the big things.
I was offered a horse for sale: a 12 year old Paint/Arab cross mare, about 15.1hh. She's really rather pretty, but needed some tuning...Well, we found out the depth of that the hard way. Hallie turns out to be VERY herd bound. Thus, when the other horse shes working in the ring with left, her brain basically turned off. Even with years of experience, I couldn't get her under control. She pinned herself up against the rail and went over backwards, landing on me. I remember seeing her feet coming at me and scooting in the dirt as fast as I possibly could. I was horribly shaken by this, as even though I've been riding since I was very young, this was probably only my second accident to that degree (my major accident with Angie when I was 15 being the other).  Hallie was fine, just had a small nick on her rear leg. I drove home, as I tend to get REALLY shocky and not be aware of how badly injured I am. My roomate Vaughan made me go to the ER, where they told me that I likely had a bad twist or tear in my leg. The Health Center a few days later decided it was likely my knee. I was on crutches for about 3 or 4 weeks, and only really got off them as early as I did because I couldn't deal with campus on them. My knee is still not healed. I got on Marsim about 3 weeks ago, and it was still pretty painful for me to ride. Hopefully I'll be able to get back in the saddle this summer pain-free.

Chris and I are dating again. Things will be much easier once I get moved in a few days.

I graduated from Central on Saturday. To be honest, its still not real in my head as I should have graduated at least a year ago if not two. Brandi came up for graduation, which was a "surprise." I knew something was going on before she came, but was very glad to have her here with me.

To avoid my roomates and their irritatingly mainstream boozing, I went camping with Brandi, Chris, my friend Pete and my brother. We had a few problems with "Fire 1.0" but we had a good time altogether. Smelled like ass afterwards, but that means you had a good time camping.

Right now, I'm taking a break from packing. This is one of my absolute least favorite pastimes.

I will be moving to my mom's for a short while as of Saturday. Hopefully only for a few months while I get a job and back on my feet.

I guess the big update is simple: I'm coming home to western Washington and I'm ecstatic about it.
