So...think you've had an anxiety attack before? Try not being able to breathe, shaking uncontrollably, and on the verge of tears. I've never had one this bad before. My whole life is over. Over.

And as I just informed Tim, it just did a one-handed backspring. Applause for my talented stomach, everyone? Anyway...I am so nervous/anxious about tomorrow. AUGHHHHH!!!!

I had to leave Jon's house last night because I wasn't in the mood to be with a big group of people. And I mean seriously...it was bad. Anxiety attacks are VERY bad...not fun at all...especailly when they get fucking worse...should not have them often...
