A Few Things this Vacation Week
Son if finally registered for summer camp Yay!
I only went into my office twice this week, and only got one phone call on top of that.

Sunday, Son, Husband, and I went to the local aero club's cookout at the local grass strip. It was very weird to see the small airplanes land and then taxi right up to the clubhouse for hamburgers and hot dogs. Husband got to fly again, this time in a small acrobatic-plane. He was in the backseat, but he was able to take the stick and do some flying, as well as shoot an approach at Otis Air Force Base. Husband flew F-15's for 21 years. He retired the year Son was born.
Son and I watched them take off and head toward Nantucket. They came back about 20 minutes later. Husband had a grin on his face for hours. Now Son wants a ride.

I took Son to see Surf's Up today. It was a very cute, and very good movie.

mcpenguin, the glove is finished, and I reinforced the areas between the fingers. I've already started the second glove. Like I said, this one should go a little faster because I have the hang of it (I think).

Tomorrow I'm going to have to get back to my work. It's sitting on the table.
I don't want the vacation to end. It's been a good restful one for me.
