Everything had been going fairly well since she left. She’d traveled to various places around the world thanks to the borrowed powers. Still she couldn’t find somewhere she fit. Somewhere she felt happy.
It was useless.
She was sure she wasn’t meant to be happy. When she was it fell apart. Good things weren’t meant to last for her.
It was time to go back.
She could remember the secret hide away Thundercracker had built for her. Their first home together. It seemed like a good place to go despite all the memories. At least there she could be alone and away from everyone but still just close enough.
As she’d done a dozen times over she summon the borrowed sword and cut her path before her. She knew where she was going but her thoughts were making it difficult to properly concentrate on an exit.
She forgot to focus and now she was lost.
