[ Abby blew air gently at a bag of popcorn fresh from the microwave, cooling it off a little before pinching the sides with her fingers and tugging the bag open. The smell of freshly melted butter filled her apartment as she filled the third of three large popcorn bowls. With a little help from her cloud powers, she carried all three bowls out onto the coffee table in front of the TV, scooting over tall liter bottles of pop and plastic cups over to put them down.
With a little exhale, Abby observed her set up, fidgeting absently with the hem of her Hello Kitty PJ top as she went over a mental check list. Food, drinks, and movies. Check, check, and check. Everything seemed set to go. All that was missing now was her friends.. ]
