WHO: Courage, Edgeworth
WHERE: Outside of Edgeworth's apartment complex
WHEN: Backdated to March 28th
WARNINGS: Nothing really.
SUMMARY: Courage  is trying to save another stray
FORMAT: Starting with semi-paragaph, but it might evolve into something else

It was early morning, the sun's rays were just rising above the horizon and the sounds of traffic weren't too loud yet since it was Saturday.  Most of the City was trying to sleep in and forget the world.  A few people would never get their deserved sleep though.

Unfortunately, the growling and barking from the alley was more than loud enough to wake up anyone who was too close to the place either by street location or by their room location.  The momentary high pitched scream did nothing to help ease anyone back to sleep either.

Courage came darting out of the alley's entrance and hid behind the wall for a second; trying to catch his breath before he looked back at the knocked over trashcans and the dog behind them.  Those had gotten knocked over when the dog freaked out.  Courage had only meant to pick the dog up, but he didn't seem like he appreciated the effort.  In fact, the dog seemed to have gotten a bit angry because of it.  While lashing out the dog hurt his would be rescuer.

Courage had a few minor scratches on his face and around his shoulders, but was fine other than that.  True, he was a little panicked, but that was normal for him at this point.  Looking stressed and feeling stressed probably didn't help with the dog at all though.

"I'm sorry, look I know, I know that was a bad idea and I know you probably don't like me right now, but I have got to get you out of here," Courage said watching the other dog as he slipped further away into the darkness, trying to hide itself amongst the forgotten things there, "Oh come on, don't be like that.  If only I could get some help, you're in big trouble here you know..."
