Christmas decorations had given way to glitter and flashing lights announcing the new year. It could have been a relief for the neighbors if the Doctor didn't insist on also transforming the outside of the house as well. For those missing the holiday decorations from the past month these new lights also dance to music. Clearly the entire City should run on dancing lights!
Inside was ready for mingling, dancing, eating, and drinking. Just beware of that eggnog he's determined to get right.
