WHO: Aphrodite and Vector Prime
WHERE: Vector's apartment
WHEN: Mid-day to night
WARNINGS: Probably none
SUMMARY: Aphrodite is depressed and hiding it. She needs some of Vecty's amazing..knowing of things.
FORMAT: Prose

Aphrodite had spent the day fluttering from place to place. It was her new and pretty much only passtime. She would appear, see if anything was interesting and then disappear. Depression in an immortal didn't have many outlets. Especially when it was an antithesis to what the immortal was supposed to be feeling. There was sadness involved in love of course, but the kind she was experiencing was unlike anything she had experienced before. The entire foundation of her life had been shaken, even more than being a mortal for a year had done.

No one today had been enough to keep her entertained and her mind off of things. They were just there, no fun love stories, not fun opportunities. With nothing to distract her, she had spent most of her day thinking and trying not to. She started teleporting without thinking about where she was going. Eventually she arrived in a familiar looking living room.

"Vect?" she called out after recognizing it. "You home?"

She sat down on his couch, waiting for him to appear. The only response she got though, was a small "meow" from the side of the couch.

"Hey kitty," she leaned down to pick him up. "Is Vecty home?" The cat of course didn't answer, but she wasn't expecting it too. The cat would be a good distraction until he got back at least. She settled down on the couch, with the cat in her lap idly petting her to the sound of purring. It was better than thinking at least.
