SUMMARY: Bakura's death has caused Alastair to go off the deep end and break into KaibaCorp for supplies. Doing so made it personal, and now Kaiba has to go stop the moron. Only because he was stolen from. Not because he cares. ... Stop looking him like he cares.

This wasn’t about Bakura, this wasn’t about Alastair and this wasn’t about the souls Alastair had been collecting. He could have stayed back and out of this if left alone. As far as he was concerned Alastair was justified in his vengeance, as stupid as it was. The first mistake Alastair had made was considering Bakura to be his younger brother. Once that mistake was made, it only made sense to go after the one who had killed him.
That’s not what was happening. The idiot was doing exactly what he had years ago, when he challenged Kaiba to a duel over his real brother’s death. He didn’t care who really was to blame, as long as he could blame someone.
Not that Kaiba cared. He didn’t. He was only walking down the street with his duel disk strapped to his arm, because Alastair had stolen from him. Again. Plus, he was giving Duel Monsters a bad name, by using it to attack people. Kaiba knew how the orichalcos worked and that he had to be dueling in order to use it. It was more insulting that he was using those cards to challenge non-duelists.
It wasn’t hard to track them down. Alastair’s cell phone had a GPS. A few minutes and he had known where he was. The security cameras as KaibaCorp had been shut down early enough the other night, that he didn’t know that Alastair wasn’t going to be alone, until he approached them.
