WHEN: Shortly after
this. Yes it's late; I'm sorry
WARNINGS: Timnapping, possibly electrocution. Possible.
SUMMARY: Terry came back from the future. In the future, Tim was the Joker for a while because of that microchip that the Joker planted on him when he had him. Terry knows that

Only it's entirely different. This clandestine meeting isn't with the same intention at all.
What if Tim really does have a chip in him? What if the Joker seriously comes out? She doesn't want to hurt him, not after everything he's done for her -- but if Terry says it's possible...
So she's waiting. Tensely, miserably, second-guessing everything she and Terry had gone over.]

But eventually he does walk in, after checking for cameras and, you know, the basics of perimeter security, moving silently through the shadowy interior of the warehouse and coming to a stop in front of Terry. He can tell the other boy is tense, and trying not to be too tense, which puts him on edge - but maybe he needs to be the reassuring, calm one, if Terry's nervous about whatever it is he's called Tim out for.]
Hey. So what did you need to see me about?

It's something that happened when I was back home.

[He glanced down at Tim again.]
That won't keep him out for long enough by itself.
[He pulls out a hypo filled with more tranquilizers and puts Tim further under.]
All right, we should have at least a few hours.

Figure the whole cape/cowl combo oughta go, too. Never quite know. [And then she's starting forward, steeling her resolve and making for the belt first. Just in case he immediately shook off the tranqs, or anything, it'd be the most useful.]

This would be so much easier if he knew what, exactly, he was looking for.]

Can I help?
Reply
Sure. Do you- Would you be okay with being the one to put him in these?
[He holds up some sturdy looking chains]
I can if... It's all right.

She takes the chains without a word (lightening them as she does so she doesn't have to drag them), and delivers a reproachful look. She's not that weak.]
Reply
If you're sure.

Tim's on his side when she's done, neatly trussed in chains. The cape-pillow just feels a little ridiculous now.]
