SUMMARY: Since Steve Rogers didn't show up at the MAC, Thor's actually going out to look for him. Because he's not a quitter. He'll be flying around the city and STANDING ON A LOT OF ROOFTOPS AW YEAH. Feel free to say hi (it can be a low rooftop for you people who walk on the ground), or say HEY BUDDY WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THIS HERE ROOF, or throw rocks at him, or whatever zany hijinks. Seriously if you post here with anything I will tag it.

Winter was coming, and construction had ground to a near halt; but like New York, this city suffered half again as much destruction as any other, and there were still scaffolds and skeleton structures here and there. Thor noticed every one he passed, for later, after he'd searched for the man who had until recently been Captain America (and always would be, to Thor, if not the only one).
He landed on a roof, surveying the ground below solemnly. If his friend was dressed like any other mortal, he was one among millions, and Thor had neither Heimdall's eyes nor Iron Man's technology nor Loki's sorcery - but he had given his word that he would try, and if nothing else, he had time.
